Donald Wayne McLeod is Founding Partner of LISTEN UP LLC a communication consulting company that has been receiving rave reviews.

Donald founded LISTEN UP in 2007 after witnessing people's inability to connect with one another and realizing his unique ability to facilitate them in that regard.

LISTEN UP's mission statement not only professes that a person's success is built on relationships but coaches individuals on how to build the sincere personal relationships required to achieve their success.

McLeod earned his BS in Marketing from Dyke College (now Chancellor University) in Cleveland, Ohio where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
