Class size is limited to 12 participants to ensure an intimate learning experience. You will receive plenty of direct attention as well as ample opportunity to improve your speaking, writing and presentation skills. What starts as a class of strangers truly ends as a group of friends gathering together on a Tuesday night.

What we say says a great deal about… us. Unfortunately we fail to realize that we speak louder by our appearance, mannerisms and body language then we ever will verbally. During this second 3 part course you will become keenly aware of your own nonverbal communication and realize that you have a lot of control over how people perceive you. Realize that we are being perceived 24/7 and that we need to be acting in a professional manner at all times. Just as in the first 3 part course, this format works due to the input from each and every participant. You will welcome feedback from fellow participants as you continue polishing your presentation skills, with a twist, as you learn to stay focused, poised and in command even when distracted. Your energy level and sense of well being will continue to rise as you push the limits of your own comfort zone. We will discuss the importance of developing exceptional listening skills and the importance of asking questions. Through unique exercises you will discover just how difficult it is to truly communicate with one another. We will also discuss how the power of eye contact impacts the sense of sincerity and how you can use it to include others in conversations. Because of the open discussion atmosphere of the course, you will be gaining real life communication skills all along the way. You will naturally feel more confident when speaking to others either one-on-one or in groups. You will develop the ability to include others in conversations and find yourself not only interacting with others but actually engaging others in conversation.
